Authorized Carrier Contract Board (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a professional contract, and opportunity board (the “Platform”) serving freight brokers, motor carriers, logistics providers, and transportation professionals (“Users”). Information voluntarily provided by Users, including individual and business names, email address, phone number, company affiliation, operating authority identifiers (including DOT or MC numbers), and other professional or contact information.

Information submitted in connection with freight lane postings, carrier opportunities, contract listings, or applications, including qualifications, operating credentials, insurance representations, and supporting documentation.
c. Technical and Usage Information
Automatically collected data, including IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, access times, and Platform activity.
d. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Platform and analyze usage. Users may control cookie preferences through browser settings.
2. Use of Information
We use collected information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform
- Facilitate connections, communications, and information exchange between brokers, carriers, and logistics professionals
- Publish and manage contract, and opportunity listings
- Communicate regarding accounts, postings, applications, and Platform updates
- Conduct analytics, security monitoring, and fraud prevention
- Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations
3. Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information under the following circumstances:
a. Broker and Carrier Interactions
Information submitted through contract applications may be shared with the broker, carrier, employer, or logistics entity associated with the applicable listing.
b. Service Providers
Information may be shared with third-party vendors providing services such as hosting, analytics, communications, or customer support, subject to confidentiality obligations.
c. Legal and Regulatory Compliance
Information may be disclosed to comply with applicable laws, regulations, subpoenas, court orders, governmental requests, or transportation-related compliance inquiries.
d. Business Transactions
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of Company assets.
4. Data Accuracy, Verification, and Regulatory Disclaimer
The Platform relies on information provided by Users. The Company does not independently verify, audit, or certify the accuracy, completeness, or regulatory compliance of any information submitted, including operating authority status, insurance coverage, safety ratings, qualifications, or representations made by brokers or carriers.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy and legality of information submitted
- Performing their own due diligence, verification, and compliance checks
- Confirming FMCSA authority, insurance, safety records, and contractual suitability prior to engagement
5. No Endorsement or Due Diligence
Use of the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of any User, listing, broker, carrier, or opportunity. The Company does not act as a broker, carrier, employer, agent, or intermediary and does not participate in negotiations or contractual relationships between Users.
All engagements, contracts, and business decisions are made solely between Users at their own risk.
6. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal and business information. However, no electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and the Company does not guarantee absolute security.
7. User Rights and Responsibilities
Users may review, update, or remove certain account information through account settings. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activity conducted through their account.

8. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is intended solely for professional and commercial use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes become effective upon posting, as indicated by the revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
